Refund Eligibility

Payments made for Shared Hosting VPS Hosting Dedicated Servers and any other hosting related service are generally nonrefundable once the service has been activated or provisioned.

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions

  • You were double charged due to a technical error
  • The service was never delivered or activated on our end
  • Local consumer protection laws in your region require a refund

Exclusions

Refunds are not granted for

  • Customer related errors or misconfigurations
  • Issues caused by third party software themes or plugins
  • Domain registration or migration fees
  • Security incidents resulting from weak passwords or user negligence

Each request will be evaluated individually.
